EXTENDED STAY ALPHARETTA, GA They do not provide daily cleaning unless an extra fee is paid. They provided analog television. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

Dirty Upon checking in the computer froze and there was a couple behind me waiting to be helped. It took someone 10 minutes to come and help the other front desk agent! I was given the "wrong room accidentally" at first. I walked into the room that had food crumbs all over the floor, an unmade bed with blood over it, greasy counters and stove and the window was wide open and the room smelled like cigarettes! Only as a last resort The hotel called several times to ask if i was checking in even though it was only 8:30. They wanted to sell the room to someone else even though I had already paid for it. The front desk clerk did a good job but the room still had food in it and the air conditioning did not work properly. The wi-fi, although free, was basically worthless.

Ehh...no. Had a two-night stay. Arrived after working to find my room reset and my belongings cleared out. It was eventually fixed, but by then had thrown me off schedule...was an issue with the hotel thinking I was only staying one night, even though my key still worked and I had a receipt for two (???). Nothing was offered for the issue, and my pants were all wadded up in a trash bag. Never again. Room also wreaked of nag champa.

Bad smell The hotel was nice. Very clean. Only issue we had was our room had a weird smell. To me it smelled like liquor but my wife said it smelled like a nursing home. We asked to have our room switched so the manager came to our room to smell it and claimed she smelled nothing but would accommodate us and switch rooms. She said it would be difficult that night bc they were booked and would get back to me soon but we never heard from her. We had our new born with us and she offered febreeze for the smell lol. Dirty and bring batteries Small room. Hotel smells like trash. Took 3 days to get batteries for a tv remote. Tons of nasty hair washed into the shower curtain. Ended up refunding us one night.
