I liked how a few of the staff members treated me with respect and took care of most of my needs.

Great staff! Staff was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Room was good sized and clean, but the entire hotel had a bad odor to it.

The property is clean but they don't clean the rooms daily or provide fresh clean towels unless you take the dirty ones down stairs to the front desk and they provide you with fresh ones. I also was promised to have comforters brought to the room because they were being washed and never received them.

LOCATION IS EXCELLANT FOR ACCESS TO I85 hotel is in need of deep cleaning and updating. room was comfortable and had excellent lighting for desk work, hot water only warm. very limited tv channels....desk folks very professional..skip breakfast!
