I called in telling the lobby personnel asking if we still had the rooms. We were told that we’d have to be rebooked to a sister hotel. As soon as we got there I took the chance to ask if there are rooms for the night because it was raining hard and we had a cat with us. Joanna, the lobby personnel on duty, did her very best to make sure we got the rooms for the night. She was very pleasant to speak with.

Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable It was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so clean and beautiful. I had to stay at a different hotel for a couple of days before that, and this one was just amazing. I will always be staying at this hotel from now on.
