Everything was great, the only thing I didn’t like is I couldn’t get a receipt the lady and guy told me Expedia is a third party I would have to call you guys to get it emailed to me which just don’t make sense to me and I check out a day early and again no receipt or nothing all the lady said was ok!! When I go to other hotels gettin my receipt is not a problem at all...

Everything was clean. Room was clean and smelled great. Nothing bad to say.

The hotel is very clean, the only thing I was disappointed about was 2 of the local channels on the TV ...

It is a convenient location and very comfortable. Easy access to the interstate and shopping.

I called in telling the lobby personnel asking if we still had the rooms. We were told that we’d have to be rebooked to a sister hotel. As soon as we got there I took the chance to ask if there are rooms for the night because it was raining hard and we had a cat with us. Joanna, the lobby personnel on duty, did her very best to make sure we got the rooms for the night. She was very pleasant to speak with.

I liked the pet policy and the hotel pricing. The room was nice and the a/c was adjustable.
