Flexibility in booking and competent, friendly, honest staff and management. Didn't like the hotel policy or local ordinance that allows 'Ninja' Gwinnett County Police to disturb the Peace and come to my room unannounced to remove my visitor when I had planned to take him home after he had relaxed and rested for awhile. My visitor was humiliated, and I'm still quite upset about the entire situation. About 80% of the Gwinnett Police that I have met are LIARS!

Excellent room, not so excellent bed. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were even worse. Loved the spacious room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean, but the facilities were not as clean as you may like. However, our room was clean and it was safe.

Safe, convenient location, needs updating, as with a lot of extended stay places there are cooking smells in the hallways.
