Smell of the room could’ve been better. The cleanliness could’ve also been better. Was a stain the the sink. No cups or soap in the room

There is cigarette smoke coming into the bathroom from the ventilation. We changed to a different room on a different floor and STILL there was a cigarette smoke smell coming from the bathroom ventilation. We had to run the loud bathroom fan to keep the smell out. Also the floor creaks loudly whenever someone in the room above walks across the floor.

There are 2 Extended Stays next to each other. So a little confusing. Had to request utensils, plates, etc but they were good about it. Seemed short staff so I needed to go down to the front desk and get the items, towels, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a grab and go. So expect coffee, granola bars, apples, packet oatmeal. Shampoo and soap is what you get, don't expect lotion or other stuff. Overall met my needs. Near freeway and lots of stores and restaurants.

The property is small and generally quiet, and the amenities in the rooms are consistent with larger properties in this franchise. The staff in this location, particularly the front desk staff, always meet and often exceed my expectations for hospitality and service. Every staff member I have met at this property appears to be knowledgeable, friendly, and well trained. I appreciate their professionalism.

Pubic hairs on towels This is the 2nd time i found pubic hairs on my face towels. The toilet was not clean, the bathroom counter and bedside table had sticky stuff all over it. Housekeeping either does not get paid enough or is lazy or both. This is a very unsanitary place and i was uneasy for me or my child to touch anything. Luckily i did not stay more than one night.
