There was no one at the desk, so I had to wait awhile until I was checked-in. Checking in was efficient because I reserved in advance. The room they gave me had a bad smell to it, as if someone smoked in there even though it was a non-smoking room. I found stains on the pillow and leftover crumbs in a few places.

1980’S Called they want their WiFi Back!! As always the beds and pillows are hard. You would think that would be a Priority since you go there to sleep. And as always WiFi is stuck in the 1980’S. And have the nerve to ask you to pay for an upgrade. You should be embarrassed and ashamed at those Horrific WiFi speeds.

Noisy floor very noisy particularly at nite time sleeping hours. Second floor remained quite active even after 11pm...nite auditor was difficult to reach to report the noise...had to make few attempts to make contact to make a complaint about the noise.

The stay was ok. We only stayed one night. I dont like if you request non smoking room you may have someone next door to you that smoke and the smoke aroma fills your room so it makes it not so non smoking anymore. They should seperate smoking and non smoking by floors. Rooms was clean very little ameneties for almost $90 a night they could have more than a grab and go breakfast that only consist of granola bars, 10 muffins and coffee thats it.
