two towels for 4 guest wouldn't provide more, no sheets, pillow or blanket for sofa bed when i asked for some they did not supply, kitchen with no plates, spoons, forks bowls etc nothing, staff was really rude and not helpful hotel did not have a pleasant smell and the free breakfast was horrendous, will absolutely never stay there again

Sofa bed had no linen or blankets upon our arrival. Finally got sheets etc after 2nd request. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfotable - shouldn't even be listed as a sleeping option. Room overall was very Spartan. Free breakfast was a joke - granola bars and coffee.

Convenient, but not a comfortable stay Checked in late at night for a one night stay. I called to confirm my late check-in with the hotel staff, and the interaction was less than professional (with the female hotel staff hanging up without saying goodbye). The hotel location is convenient to the interstate yet is tucked away in the woods. The condition of the hotel was heavily dated (appliances from the 80/90ss?). How to maximize profits? So how do you maximize profits and screw over people? I'll tell you how. Let a family make a reservation for the night and put in FINE print that you have to check in by 11pm. Yes 11 pm hahah!. So if that family shows up around midnight, we can take their money and at the same time give that room to another interested party. feeling sad i have been a guest of this hotel few years back. i had a pleasant experience. in few years the condition has deteriorated. things were broken on places and not clean to our satisfaction. However, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried to take good care of us. We are definitely thankful to them.

Less than average hotel The lobby smelled of pot and there were hairs on the pillows in our room. We will not be visiting this location again.

Didn’t have covers or pillows called front desk and they never showed up
