Stay somewhere else This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was interrupted and took forever, and when we finally got to our room, it smelled like marijuana, there was no hand soap or shampoo, there were only 2 pillows and 2 of the thinnest blankets I’ve ever seen on the bed, the sink had small hairs all over it, the shower curtain was backwards (which means it hasn’t been cleaned), and the elevator inspection was over a year expired. It was horrible and I’d NEVER stay here again.

Room wasn’t cleaned when given, new room full of roaches, no basic stuff also in the restroom

Nightmare No shower. Shower will not drain because it is purposely closed. What were they thinking when they knew they have closed the shower drain!

No toiletries available when we checked in. Called front desk when we needed a change of towels, the lady said she would have to check, waited 15-20 min, then my husband had to go get them. "Complimentary breakfast" is a grab and go option that I have never come across before-muffins and granola bars only. You have to wait at the front desk for a good length of time before someone shows up, "don't care" attitude by the staff, found them on their phone or smoking right outside the lobby when we needed to check out.This place ... read more

Staff at front desk was nice. Room was clean but there were roaches in the room. The thing that concerns me the most is getting roaches in my property and carrying them home. I killed 2 small roaches and a larger roach went behind a picture and i was afraid to take the picture down because of what i might find. I am very hesitant to stay at another extended stay

Dirt everywhere, especially in closed places like drawers and a very strange smell in the unit. Could not use the pull out couch half broken, mattress was filthy and smelly like someone lived there for weeks. Looks good in pictures, my advice Do Not Book here unless you are in need emergency shelter.
