The good:The hotel staff was courteous. The bad: Unfortunately there was a bug problem. At first it was small gnats or fruit flies that were in the kitchen area and bathroom - which quickly found some pizza that was left on the counter which required it to be thrown out. This progressed to finding cockroaches - two of them, one under the sink with the garbage, the other found racing across the wall. Severely over priced for the quality of the place. Rock hard mattress, pillows beyond serviceable use, poorly lit interior and exterior. Will never stay here again.
Was very rude at check in staff seemed like ot was a bother to them that me and my family was a bother to them being there

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!!! Would not recommend it to anyone ever!! This is a homeless shelter. Undesirables walk the hallways and frequent the lobby. The rooms are filthy.

Waste of hard earned money Late check in was a problem, not hand towels, phone not working, one staff member nasty attitude, room was very dusty, no one at front desk late evening to help. Don't recommend. Very pricey for the terrible service.

I didn’t like the location of the property. It was hard to find and wasn’t visible from the road. It’s was hidden behind a gas station behind some trees and the lighting was horrible at night in the parking lot.

Not for quiet families. Stay at your own risk The 1st room was dirty with stains running down the outside of the refrigerator & room doors. There was also trash in the can from the previous patron, and neighbors who decided to blast music at midnight. After 2 nights of restlessness, I requested a different room which was clean & quiet. Unfortunately, the fire alarm rang at 5 am, forcing my toddler & I to the curb with the rest of the guests. The hotel is kinda hard to find at first. When you walk and get in the elevator there's an unpleasant odor and all through the hall way. The room seemed clean,but the air did not work so it got pretty hot in our room. The front desk closes so they couldn't do anything. They also say they have breakfast, but the selection is pitiful.
