Was loud above my room with someone walking back & forth all through the weee hours causing me not to sleep well.. this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"!!!

Room smelled of mildew, water only dripped and wouldn’t fully come on. Room was dingy and dirty looking. Very uncomfortable to stay. Never again

Decided to stay here for an event in the area, because it was one of the cheaper hotels nearby, and boy do I regret it. The front desk lady was incredibly rude to me. I booked a studio room, which was supposed to have a king-sized bed and a pull-out couch, but the room they assigned me to only had the bed. When I told her this, she said there were no more rooms available and if I had a problem, to contact Expedia. She refused to compromise with me or even offer another solution. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff offered air freshener but I don’t think it will get rid of the cigarette smoke. Also smoke detector was broken (one of them).

I felt unsafe, this location had a lot of individuals just standing around outside. I was concerned if my vehicle was safe overnight. I also felt unsafe in leaving my room at night. The room had no tissue in it, I could not even call the front desk to ask them to bring the tissue up because the phone had no service. Staff not very courteous Hotel hallway had foul smell Room was hot and muggy Hotel room had weird smell A/C barely worked Sheets and rugs had pet fur on it! Thank God I'm not allergic! Simple room amenities not available. Had to go all the way to front desk just to get silverware. "Breakfast" is a joke. Granola bars and coffee? Really, that's it? Not a pleasant stay at all

Survivable We are came in for the evacuation for Florence and actually checked in the day before. They couldn't keep us in the same room and understandable however they had no utensils, plates, extra pillow for a family sweet and the room smelled like pot and animal urine. Just gross but this place was saved by the very kind staff. They are really trying with what they got. The amenities are not what they advertise and even the hairdryer was broken and no replacement.
