I was not happy with the property, the elevator was broken and the stairwell was dirty. I also had trouble checking in, the property had checked someone else in under my reservation.

It was a last minute trip for me and my husband so it was an okay stay. The front desk staff was amazing and polite. The female cleaning staff need to work on being and looking friendly. The male housekeeper was very nice. The place needs an upgrade! I’ve stayed at extended stay in Orlando and other places and they are more modern and nicer. But overall for a last minute trip to the super bowl we can’t complain because we seen worst in that area
