Great customer service Front desk representative Faith was amazing. Great spirit, kind and knowledgeable. It's very hard to find good customer service and she went over and beyond. You are blessed to have her.
Room was great. Check in was a breeze. Rasheedah was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Nice when a friendly face greets you!
The staff is AMAZING. They can’t control the customers or their behavior.
Great stay!
My stay was good. Room was pretty decent. The only thing i didn't like was the roaches in the rooms especially with a small baby running around trying to stomp them. Made my stay feel a little unsanitary.
