The property location is ideal. The bathroom grout was done very shabbily, messy and just not done professionally. Even a 10 year old can do a better job than that. The carpet was very sticky and probably need a replacement. Customer service desk was friendly.

Rooms were spacious and staff was very friendly. Only complaint was we could hear the neighbor’s toilet flushing like it was ours. Woke us up a couple times during the night.

Online shows hot breakfast but when go to hotel they said just grab and go but I got no discount for the room. The muffins ran out.no juice was offered everyone does not drink coffee or hot chocolate. Then they have products that you can buy. Why not allow guest to get those who have paid a lot per day for one room. I had to go buy food for my kids to eat. The hotel should have given a voucher to a restaurant for breakfast. I would not have booked if known no hot breakfast was there. The room was clean just tub sort of dirty... read more

Have bugs in room need to be spray

Meets basic needs The stay was mostly comfortable. One of the two elevators were out. Entering th room, it did smell clean, though A roach was in the bathroom the first night. We did not have a comforter, just a fleece blanket and two pillows. The side table lamp light wasn’t working and neither did that socket seem to be. The window seals were not clean on the inside. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and the fan needed to be cleaned.
