Bad customer service Room service was terrible you have to bring all your linens down just so you can get new ones room service did not come pick up linens so you are willing to do everything yourself this is a great hotel for you are you good hotel

Front desk staff was great!! Towels in rooms were a little dingy.

Good if there nothing else First off the location is perfect, right next to the mall and metro station. It affordable and excepts pets for a very reasonable price. Now the staff was hit or miss when I check in I had the rudest lady who seemed like she didn't want to be there, now the general manager was amazing completely friendly and helpful she alone made up for all the staff. Now the just felt dirty I found trash under the bed. And right on the floor as I walked in. The hotel had a weird smell to it. And lastly I just did... read more
