Good if there nothing else First off the location is perfect, right next to the mall and metro station. It affordable and excepts pets for a very reasonable price. Now the staff was hit or miss when I check in I had the rudest lady who seemed like she didn't want to be there, now the general manager was amazing completely friendly and helpful she alone made up for all the staff.
