Close to the Action It was a great stay. I have stayed in previous times, but clean, safe, comfy would be what I describe this hotel. The only downside was being near the elevator especially at night with loud occupants. I still recommend this hotel because of the vicinity to the Perimeter Mall, restaurants, Publix and the Marta Rail. You are even a couple of exits from Buckhead where the upper class goes to hang out, shop and party.

Good value for the money The only drawback that I saw was check-in. I walked in the lobby area and there were about 4 or 5 computer screens at the desk, but no person. Being an old guy, I read the screens thinking that I needed to check in via computer screen. I pushed buttons, but nothing happened on the screens. I then called out, "anyone here" and a woman came from the back right. Guess I did not make enough noise. After checking in the woman at the desk redeemed herself as she gave me great directions to the nearest ATM ... read more

Bad customer service Room service was terrible you have to bring all your linens down just so you can get new ones room service did not come pick up linens so you are willing to do everything yourself this is a great hotel for you are you good hotel
