Great location HOWEVER... The stench of cigarette smoke permeated the elevator, the 3rd floor hall, and our 'non smoking' room! This the most displeasing hotel experience I have had in the past thirty years. In all fairness, the location is especially nice.

Great stay. Great staff. Overall good room. Great front desk staff. Thank you for your service, professionalism and friendliness. (Suggestion: Between the two Ext Stays: An outdoor pool for my return in the spring/summer-ha-I know that may not be feasible but it's a perfect location for a huge outdoor pool. I'd pay more per night for that. Other than that, a great stay).

The staff was always laughing, kind, and treated all travelers kind. I was able to observe in the week I stayed there, that they helped each other out, and we're genuine.

Need to train their staff. My stay was OKAY, besides the front desk staff not really doing they job right and not allowing my girlfriend to fixed the keys for our room unless she provide them with id and also to check in again even if my girlfriend told them that we was staying from New Year’s Eve till today, they just ignored everything my girlfriend was saying to her and messed up our booking. But overall experience was good...
