Okay if you only need to sleep Night time staff was curt and not very helpful. She had me wait while she loaded laundry, then the first room we got smelled like weed. When we requested to switch she didn't update the key properly, so I had to make a third trip back down the rickety elevator. Our room had two broken light fixtures and no shampoo or conditioner. The elevator had trash in it. The morning manager was very interested in us giving them a perfect review, but didn't seem concerned about the broken lights.

During the check out process we always ask our guests about their stay, and if there was anything we could have done to make it better for the next visit. We are sorry our evening associate was not as attentive and welcoming as she should have been. This is not the type of first impression we want our guests to have. Good value. No frills. The supposed 'breakfast area' was a 1 on a 10 point scale. A few, and I mean just a few, plastic wrapped muffins. Coffee, with only decaf or dark roast options (missing a morning or light roast option). and... no coffee cups. Oh well. I bought coffee elsewhere.
