The floor was grimy. When I spilled some water and took a paper towel to wipe it up, the towel came up black from the dirt on the floor.

Very Nice The best Extended Stay in this area in my opinion. I travel frequently every week for employment. Very quiet, comfortable, and hotel is clean. I will definitely return to this location. Young lady at front desk was very professional and helpful with check-in process.

Great Hotel As someone who has stayed in multiple hotels in the Atlanta area in the past few weeks I would have to say this is the best hotel I've stayed at. It's location is great if you have any business in Sandy Springs and Roswell. This is a hotel I would definitely recommend to someone.
Okay It was okay. I have two things. I did have a couple of towels with stains on them. I don't think they were dirty but I think it just had stains on them. Also, it was hard to open my hotel door. I had to push really hard.
It's in the details. The room was clean and the stay was pleasant, however there were many little things in the room that needed attention. 1, Sink in kitchen had a leak at the base. 2. No light in refrigerator. 3. No light on range hood exhaust vent. 4, Night stand drawer broken. 5. Broken toilet paper dispenser. With the exception of the toilet paper, these are not things that you would notice is cleaning the room.

Suitable for extended stay in 2-star hotel Appreciate the good condition of kitchen, clean fridge, decent sound suppression between rooms and floors, clean bath. Out of 5 staff members I spoke with at lobby desk, 3 were informed, patient, helpful, professional. One of the other two wasn't sure about the checkout time.
