Shower and toliet had hair in and on them... There wasn't any cups in the room.. Had to go to the front desk for them. When call down to the disk for them. The attendant was very rude hung up in my face. Went to get the cups she just handed them to me and walked off without uttering a single word... Unprofessional lacking people skills..
