My room had bed bugs, my was biten seeveral times, room changed to a smaller room. No accommodate or refund was given for down sizing my room. My 1st room was very dirty and drawers for kitchens were off the henges. Bathroom door wouldn't not close. Pull out couch had trash/crumbles or some sort all on it. No additional sheets were provided in the room for the pull out sofa. No remote for the television. It took about 5 trys to find a well cleaned room. Clerks were very friendly and helpful. Quick Check in and Check out. Room clean and well insulated against noise from neighbors. Quiet.

Nice stuff, great location, everything necessary is there. However, only thing - you cannot park in front of the office/lobby, which quite inconvenient. (No parking space)
