I stayed here due to location and that worked out fine. The room had no tissues, water glasses, ice bucket, and I spotted some bugs. Parking was a major hassle.

Everything was nice and comfortable the laundry room was real nice.and it was around a lot of food places to so they helped out as well

Someone had been smiling in room before us. A shelf fell down. Only 2 pillows, no extra blanket. Did not have time to request change to other room. Woke up with sore throat.

The edge band on my table was missing, exposed unfinished edge was sharp and rough. Room smell like smoke, the bath tube was slimy and unclean.

It is a decent stay. The room was clean with no hiccups. Some of the outlets would start to work then stop, which I found odd. My only complaint was that housekeeping did not come to my room the following morning to pick up my used towels and replace with new ones. I left them that morning near the door and they were still there when I came back that evening. We got a very nice and clean room. I had plenty of clean towels, linen, and the room was properly attended. The room service was prompt and expeditious. I especially like the fact that we got a non smoking room without the odor of smoke.
