How clean my room was . The front desk is very nice

Good property, not "full" service Office closed by 11 PM so had to call. The first room was not ready. The second had not been used so the bed, though clean and comfortable, had dirt that had settled on it. Some small bugs also.

The staff is always great, no matter what time I check in. They are one of the reasons I continue to visit this location. The rooms could use some upgrades. The cleaning staff could use a refresher course, i.e. wipe with the wet towel then follow up with the dry towel to avoid streaks and the appearance that it’s not clean.
