AC was loud and bed was not the most comfortable

Nice hotel in a great area near the mall. My room was in excellent condition.

Recommend the car user The room was normal as always sound some beeps. A stuff was kind when I checked-in. There are far from Dunwoody station quit but can take 87/5 buses near the hotel. I couldn't search the hotel on map, can get a way by address, in addtion, Uber driver didn't know the hotel name. Correct name was "Extended Stay America"

It’s quiet clean and prompts when requesting something. The staff is very friendly and the towels and the sheets are always clean without any spots

I love this at a hotel so much when I cook dinner I offer the hotel staff meals. Racquel is wonderful! She made my stay as comfortable as possible.

Not worth the money Room was very dirty and there were no pillow cases on extremely soiled pillows. Also, there were no hangers or iron.

Expect a long wait for check-in Had to wait 30 minutes to finally see a staff member come to the front desk for check-in. That person was neutral in attitude and offered no apology for the lengthy delay.
