Good for business I was here on business so it was fine. For the price I cant complain...much. Honestly the property looks great, the rooms are clean (dated but clean) and laid out well, they don't put a lot into the rooms but it is all available if you ask, my only suggestion is update the linens and the towels. Good, but late check in and poor clean service The hotel is normal, unfortunatly, after 9 hours on board in a intercontinental flight,and more a day in professional commitments. I got in the hotel after 6pm and had to wait more 30 minutes to have my room available due. It's unbelievable. I just enter in the room at 6:30 pm. Another point, I haven't had my room cleaned any day during my stay there.

Good experience. Thank you. This tediousness is RAPIDLY making me less appreciative of the Expedia "experience". I fully recommend the hotel but not the Expedia survey travesty. It might be helpful to allow someone to rate the experience without the demand for essay.

there were issues with the stay. check in.. I paid on-line but front desk said there was a problem. I had to call hotels.com to straighten it out. Not sure whether the problem was hotels.com or extended stay. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed and when I called I was told that they would tell the hotel. I got not response at all. I had to request bedding the next day for the next night. I was not told I need to request bedding, pot, pans or dishes.
