I had a great stay at a discounted rate with Exten This is a really good, well located discount hotel in the Dunwoody area. My room was clean, the management of this location was helpful and did everything to make my stay comfortable. I paid one third the price that I would have at other hotels. I was on a business trip and need wi-fi and never had any connection problems. The room was clean, well maintained and quiet. No issues room was clean and comfortable staff was helpful when I had to exchange rooms
Room condition, bedding, & other issues. Check-in was slow due to lack of staff. After check-in, it was discovered that the bed sheets were dirty. When replacements were requested, the staff wanted us to come to the office to get them. Unacceptable. Then the replacements were dirty as well, so a third set was exchanged and WE made the bed before we could feel comfortable to get into it. The room smelled of bleach upon entering. Comfortable and spacious It was a nice room in a nice area. Everything worked properly and it was comfortable.

Needs updating & a good cleaning The room was mostly clean but the floor in the kitchen was sticky in front of the cook top...which is right beside the bathroom door so you walk through it quite a bit. The toilet looked like it needs replacing. The shower made a squealing noise when running and water was spurting out from a poor connection. The stairway to my room was littered with cigarette butts & ashes. The "breakfast" is served on a table no longer than 2 feet wide which was disappointing.
