there were issues with the stay. check in.. I paid on-line but front desk said there was a problem. I had to call hotels.com to straighten it out. Not sure whether the problem was hotels.com or extended stay. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed and when I called I was told that they would tell the hotel. I got not response at all. I had to request bedding the next day for the next night. I was not told I need to request bedding, pot, pans or dishes. It was basic for the need It was clean, safe neighborhood an near convenient store and the mall I will use this hotel again for the basic needs that it serves
