Hotel staff is very friendly and even when my room was overbooked they handled it quickly and upgraded my room at no cost to me. Although my room was very dated and in definite need of an upgraded, the room was very clean and well taken care of. Would stay again.
Clean nice would definitely stay again quite and convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful respectful to as a guest. Big difference from some other locations. Definitely worth the booking.

Staff is friendly and end helpful would definitely stay again.
We like these kinds of hotels because we can do our own cooking. The room did not have a single pan, pot, spoon, fork, cup, glass, dishwashing soap… NOTHING! Then we read somewhere that we had the option to PURCHASE these items, which we couldn’t have done anyway because the front desk was shut down and locked. And not a drop of coffee in the entire place, and no way to make it. Good thing Einstein bagels was next door. There was a fridge and freezer in the room, so there’s that. I won’t stay here again.
