Great potential for hotel with needed upgrades! The hotel is an older Extended Stay America which definitely needs updating, especially since it's located in an upscale area of Atlanta known as Vinings. The front desk staff were so friendly and got me checked in pretty quickly. My room was just ok when it came to the cleanliness, but for the area, I was expecting it to be much better. It took a long time for, I think her name was Christine to get off her cellphone and finally come to the front desk. When she finally greeted me, she was so rude. She was not as friendly as the younger lady who was there the last time I chose this hotel, at all. There was a deposit fee that took days to come back to my account. The elevator didnt work so I had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor and my microwave didn’t work. Other than that, I'm thankful for having a clean bed for the night.

The team at this particular location is always top tier. Anything my family and I need, they are always there to help with a smile. Although the rooms are a little outdated, its always clean. If you are looking for somewhere to stay long term. This location is where to look!
