A disappointment. Upon entering the lobby a rancid smell hit me immediately. the carpeting was fiflthy and stained. The rotten smell continued along the halls until I reached my room. The carpeting in the room was stained, my family chose not to walk on it without coverings on our feet. The walls were dirty, the furniture was old, outdated. The entire room needed to be redone. Not going to be a return client. For this hotel, rates were high. Would have been ok if clean, typically have good experience at Extended stay but this one didn't smell good. Appeared to be used like a weekly rental place.

Gross From the first day, I found hairs in the bed. Lookd like dog hair or human private hairs. I then found hair in the clean towels hanging up in the shower. I asked for maid service and the way it works is if you stay 7 nights you get free service, but since i was only staying 6 nights I would have to pay for it. It smelled really bad in the room. The DVD player wasnt hooked up right and I had to call 3 times to get someone to come fix it. Then I had to tell them what to do.

horrible hotel I went to check into the hotel and no one was at the desk. Waited a half hour then went somewhere else. Hotel looked dirty.
