The hotel appears to be clean from the lobby and the area. But the room its self was old, it was clean to extent but the AC unit was extremely loud. I like my room to be cool, so I if you like your AC on most of the night and dont like loud noises would not use this hotel.

Out of service, terrible sleep and no coffee We planned a long weekend trip that included 3 activities: ball game, Six Flags and swimming in the hotel pool (it is July in the south). We aren't the type to stay in fancy, overpriced hotels. We just want simple, clean rooms and coffee in the lounge. The floors were very sticky, old food was dried in the kitchenette and you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Dump! Had a roach I our shower. Had a very hard time getting clean towels,face cloths and face towels We wanted to pick them up in the morning, they said no wait until afternoon. Then at afternoon Said they did not have any clean linens. We told them we had to have linens to shower or they Would have to send us to a hotel that had linens. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!

Need to update furnishings People behind the desk were friendly. The hotel (actually motel) itself was a bit trashy and antiquated specially for being in a nice neighborhood.

worn carpets and wasp in room the hotel was very worn and there was a wasp in my room. This was not a 2.5 start hotel.

OK...but not all that nice. I thought the staff was excellent, however had a problem with odor in my assigned room. The rooms were clean an functional...but not really very nice otherwise. The place could use a remodel.

Fairly priced This hotel was very basic and fairly priced. It is more of a low priced extended stay and had some folks that appeared to be actually living there (permanently). The location was good for me, close to places to ship, eat, etc. It was a little loud. Bed was average. Bathroom could have used an update.
