One night stay over The room had burned out lights and switches that didn't work or missing and damaged. Bathroom wall molding was laying on the floor. A little love and tender care needed. Over all we were OK with it. It was quite, warm and the service was great. It served our purpose very well. I will return again.

Nancy at the front desk is amazing The night shift female manager was mediocre at best. At one time I called 4-5 times on my initial night to get cookware to make dinnner - no answer - I go down there and get off the elevator as soon as the doors open she sees me and literally rushes to the back room (almost ran ) I start calling the front desk as I’m sitting there she doesn’t answer Luckily Nancy came off break —comes down the hall dragging a huge bag of garbag , smiles , and says hey hun I’ll be right with you She’s the ba... read more

We gad a bad roach and ant problem. Toilet kept stopping up. Hallway carpets were dirty. Only granola bars at breakfast.
