What a dump and they didn't have our room. When I arrived to help my elderly parents check in there were no rooms available. They had turned away many because they had allowed overbooking. I was actually relieved because the place was very sketchy. People smoking everywhere including right next to the No Smoking sign. The sign by the road was busted out and missing. The place is a dump.

Horrible! Cancelled reservation with no calls I booked the hotel on May 28th for a stay from May 29th through May 30th. I received the confirmation email with "Guaranteed Booking" verbiage and instructions to check in from 3 PM to Midnight. After travelling for the better part of the day we reach the hotel at 11 PM to find out my reservation was cancelled and the room given to someone else. All the surrounding hotels were booked. Lynette Hunger I got to the hotel with 11 students for a competion Monday to find out they canceled our reservation that morning. They claimed they emailed me and you but I have nothi g in my email. I booked this a long time ago. They claimed they had people extend their stay. I had to search to locate 5 rooms. I am extremely upset, I have parents upset, and I will have school reps upset when they find out.

The hotel was so filthy we immediately left and did not stay the night. We were promised a full refund from the man at the front desk. I will take legal action if I don’t receive it
