Overall disappointment with the property. A few reasons for our review are: towels were thin and old, and some of them were dirty. Bathroom was also not very clean - there was hair in the bath tube. The room had an odd sweet smell, and the furniture was oily. There was some exposed nail where the carpet started. A few amenities that we missed: the hotel has no ice machine, the room did not have a hair dryer. On the positive side: staff was nice and courteous. On the day I was supposed to check in, I called the hotel because I knew I was going to be checking in after 12am. The person at the front desk assured me it would be fine and I could get my key at the front. When we arrived, the person at the front desk told us the hotel was all booked, without even asking me if I had a reservation, which I did and I told her that. She said she didn’t know and they were all booked. I explained I had already paid for my room and spoken with the front desk earlier in the day, etc. She still c... read more

When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. When we finally got the desk clerk to do some investigating, we found out they charge our for someone else’s room. The desk clerk didn’t offer a solution. We HAD to ask for a refund.
