We drove 20 minutes to the property only to find out they were over booked and the wasn’t a room for us!!! Plus it was getting late in the evening and no hotel available near by!!!

This property is next to a night club with outdoor volleyball court. I heard the music, motorcycle noise until 2 AM into the morning. They did not have any extra pillow or blankets. During checkout no one was at the front desk for me to ask question about the billing of the high speed internet option,

I booked a non smoking room and was placed on the 2nd floor. I could have sworn people were smoking on my floor but was told the 3rd floor is smoking. I smelled smoke profusely at all times. One time it woke me up at 3am. Sorry, dont look like I'll be staying or recommending any extended stay america unless they're converted to non smoking facilities.

Front desk staff are nice! However, hotel need to be updated. WiFi didn't work the first night. I was overcharged due to issues with the computers and told I have to wait 2WEEKS for a return!! Other guest were loud and bed linen needed replaced.

Rude staff. Took long to check in. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoking rooms. Door did not lock.. told front desk and immediately told that I would get a refund with no solution. So I was expected to leave elsewhere on a Saturday evening when I had made that reservation a week ago. Very bad customer service.
