Horrible stay My room door never locked. I informed the front desk. They sent someone there but it was never fixed. Me and my daughter was stuck in the room for 3 days. Horrible experience. We were terrified. I can believe no one cares. What a waste of money. I will be calling guest relations again to complain.

Filthiest hotel ever Worst hotel ever..dog hair in chair dog pee in elevator, room smelled like dog pee. Dirty..bugs on dresser, ghetto ppl working the desk. When I arrived I was told no rooms available and there may not be any rooms available I should have cancelled at that point... honestly they need to strike a match to the filthy hotel... and start all over..

Never go there The room smell like something died in it. The AC barely worked. Freezer worked OK but refrigerator wouldn't stay cool let along cold

Staff was nice but hotel felt dirty. Pillows were old and yellow, room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no fitted sheet on the bed! We were pretty grossed out and decided to leave.

Over priced rooms. An was not told about 100. Dollar deposit at ck in...an. takes. 5 too 6. Days. Too return. My money. When u demand it at ck in when we arrive. ..poor. management. Will never stay there again

I was in a smoking room but I am not a smoker. The room had a cigarette burns through out the blankets and the chairs it was terrible and it stunk really bad the staff was trying to help me find some place to sleep however did not work. I would never be clean back there again.

Worst experience System down could not check in and having a hard time even getting my refund from them
