The ac didnt work in the room and i sweat all night and they wouldnt come fix it or refund my money
Air condition did not work in room had to sleep with windows open because they had no room to move me to.
Inhuman treatment at Extended stay, Round Rock A very bad experience on my arrival. The hotel refused to accept cash on my arrival at 1:20am. All my pleas to accept cash from me till morning so that I can load my debit card fell on deaf ears. I was asked to leave at exactly 2 am. I was thrown out into the freezing cold. Incidentally that was my first time in Texas. I wandered in the cold till the morning before I was able to load my debit card. This treatment to a foreigner of first time is the most inhuman!
