Extended Stay - Round Rock, Texas Where to begin - didn't get to check in until almost 5 - the young girl at the desk lied to us about what time check in is/was. She said 3 but very quickly changed it to 4 when my itinerary says 3. No ice machine and no ice trays for the frig.....hhhhmmm....let's see - oh yes - couldn't get extra pillows but let me just say this - if we weren't out by 11 the next day for check out, which we weren't, they were knocking at our door. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone - OH NO!!!!

Good for Cheap One Night Stay Girlfriend and I went to attend nieces graduation in Round Rock. Looking for an inexpensive room for one night. Checked in and the service was good. Very courteous. Reserved a queen but only had double beds Going to the room the hallways had a bad odor. Room itself was clean. Beds were hard but did sleep very well. Sure it was because I was tired. "The good, the bad, and the really ugly" Location is about the only thing we liked about this hotel. Hotel is clearly over-priced. Shampoo was not even provided. Will not return!

Bring your own cleaning supplies Location, good. Kitchen supplies, incomplete. Staff, indifferent. Cleanliness, poor. Before settling into the room, clean your room, bathroom, dishes, and by all means, cover the reclining chair with clean towels--it is filthy. We reserved and stayed for the seven days; but I had to request cleaning, changing sheets, etc. The hotel "promise" is to indicate cleaning day upon check-in when staying seven or more days. Pick a different Hotel Upon check in the Front Desk did not return my CC or ID, it was not until the next day while out that I realized it was missing. Had to go to Front Desk (after 2 hrs of trying to reach them by phone) during reg business hours to retrieve it. Eventually had to cancel my CC. In this day and age of Identity Theft could not take a chance on that. Room was not clean and was hot. Staff not pleasant.

No So Great Stay I was supprised, no shocked at how much I was charged for a small dog that sleeps in its own bed. We both had two bad nights on a HARD mattress. We were continually wakend by TV's and talking beind thin walls. Young lady at the front desk did not even look up or say a thing when I paid for the room. I just turned and walked out.
