Need maintenence Formica edge of the counter peeled off, towel rack in bathroom came off, front door handle broke; I mentioned it to desk clerk, she said, "Oh yeah, it's been like that."

dirty room not a clean room at all, had to sleep on top of the sheets, saw a few bugs too

Interesting ... Jacked up prices for an event walls were thin....didnt get sleep due to slamming doors. In room coffee was aweful. Tasted like black water. Prices jacked up due to Austin events....that I was not there to attend.

Keep looking, not worth the savings dirty room, leftover food on top of fridge, microwave was dirty, sheets stained, did not want to allow the comforter to touch my face. Sheets were worn thin and I was cold all night. Coffee was hot and tasted good, night clerk was nice and friendly, shower was hot too. I would pass, place felt "creamy" and I should have paid a little more to stay somewhere else.

Bad management Reserved 4 rooms and followed up with a call to reconfirm reservation. When part of our group arrived they notified us that they had overbooked and need to adjust our accommodations. We had reserved 2 double bed rooms for each room. They gave us one double bed rooms without a break in the room rates plus one of our parties had 4 people for one room. Reasonably priced The mattress was terrible. Your head felt like it was at a lower level than your feet.. Turned around and it felt like the same thing. Also the mattress was very lumpy. Hardly slept a wink. Considered sleeping on the floor but killed two spiders. Sorry, you get what you pay for. Staff and hotel appearance were welcoming.

Total disappointment for three (3) days. When we had to take our towels and washcloths down three flights of stairs to get clean ones, nobody was at the front desk (Break time?) The lamps at the bedside and all the electrical outlets did not work. The supposed handycap assessable room had a bathtub that only the very physically fit could climb over. They don't even have a wake-up call available.

For a comparable price I could have stayed at a comfort inn & received a free breakfast & clean towels daily. Extendedstay continues to increase its prices without providing additional services.
