For a comparable price I could have stayed at a comfort inn & received a free breakfast & clean towels daily. Extendedstay continues to increase its prices without providing additional services.

Pleasant staff, but not the cleanest of hotels We chose this hotel because of its access to the highway, which although a ways out, was still fairly convenient to get to and from Austin. Upon entry, the elevator smelled horrendous, and stayed that way for the first day of our five day stay. It smelled like someone had left a dirty diaper out in the sun to rot. If not overnight go elsewhere If you have to stay more than one night I recommend you go elsewhere!!! I have never known a hotel that does NOT have housekeeping, the only way you can have a housekeeper come to your room is if you pay extra that's crazy. You have to go turn your old towels in before you can get more. No problem for me because I went to Target and bought towels because there towels were too rough to use. terrible experience / robbery It took over an hour to get checked into the room even though there was no line. The employees are incompeten and eat foul smelling food at the check in desk. It is not possible to contact management . The staff do not know how to check you in if you reserve through expedia. I was told that I didnt pay for my third night, even though I had a receipt showing otherwise I was locked out of my room on my third night and had to pay for my third night a second time in order to get my belongings out of... read more

**BEWARE** dirty 1. When we arrived the sheets and pillow cases had human hair. Not sure if never washed or just a bad wash. 2. We requested a new set of sheets and those sheets were also full of human hair and smelled funky. 3. I was typing on my lapto and a 1" skinny cockroach started to crawl on my keyboard. I made a complaint and was asked if I was sure it was a cockroch and not a cricket. This was discussting and unabelievable. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay.

Disappointed with Extended stay America When I got there my key card didnt work, got it re-keyed and it still did not work. Got it re-keyed a 3rd time and the staff came up and it still didnt work. After the 4th time she suddenly remembered that the room they had given us used to be used for storage and hadnt changed the locks on it yet. Then when my son turned on the water in the kitchen sink it sprayed all over the kitchen. The free breakfast that was advertised suddenly wasnt available for 3 more days. Room not ready at 6:00 PM The room was not ready for occupancy until 7:45 PM. It appears that this was not a front-desk mistake but some kind of larger error on the part of management at Extended Stay in Austin.

Convenient First room we received had an issue with the lock. After checking in we dropped everything off in the room and went to grab a bite. After coming back I noticed that the door was not lighting up after inserting card, but we could go right in. Luckily they didn't give us any hard time about a room that was no broken. Also, that room was quite dirty especially in the bathroom, the water didn't work in the bathroom sink, and the t.v was staticy and didn't show cable.
