Please update this location!! Beds are so uncomfortable, you have to ask for shampoo & blow dryers at the front desk. Don't forget an extra pillow here, we asked for 1 more (we only had two) and they were all out?! Not going to go here again, the staff did all they could to help us out, but they can only do what they can if they don't have what they need to help out the guest.

Not a good night's sleep The hotel was relatively clean, but our room and the hallway outside were FREEZING. I'm not exaggerating at all. It had to have been at least 40 degrees in there. We had to turn the heat on to be even remotely comfortable. And speaking of comfort, I have never in my life slept on a harder mattress than the one at this hotel. No wifi service I booked a night at this hotel because it was in the right location for my trip, and offered free wifi. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work at all in this hotel, and the staff was unable to or unwilling to do anything about it. These folks shouldn't claim to have wifi when they don't.

Will never be back there again - no friendly employees - dirt room - shower does not work very well - dead insects in the room - A/C malfunctioning - weird smell in the elevators and in the stairs - only time I needed the vending machine, it was out of order - laundry worked pretty good

uncomfortable Bed like a rock,Seriously! Bathroom very tinta,no supplies! YOU hav to go to fronteras seal n sal 4 supplies (shampoo,lotion,tooth paste,TOILET PPR,coffee,SUGAR,creamer)!! :-( Extra pillow,blankets scratchy,Sheets w/stains,front desk closes at 7p! Ice machine not wrkn, other Guess screaming at each other! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!

OK, for the price The room was clean. No soap or shampoo in the room. At check in was advised that no one would be cleaning the room during my stay, so if I need fresh towels I would have to bring the soiled ones to the desk before I got new one. No ice available. Will not stay her again. Desk clerk a little "unhappy".

Not impressed at all So i am gunna start of by saying, that when I walked in the hotel the lady at the desk was rude. Then i tried to use the elevator and it didnt work. So I had to use the stairs while carrying baggage. When I finally reached my room there was no shampoo or conditioner. When I got out of the shower all i wanted was to sleep. The bed was hard as a rock, no bueno. Then the next day the room service didnt come and clean my room, so I didnt have fresh towels or more coffee.

hard rock hotel The lady checking us in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Hardly slept at all. When it came time to check out around 9:30 am I could not find anyone at the front desk. Waited between 10 and 12 min. for someone. Tried to find a way to alert someone I was there. About that time she finally came out of a door labeled break room.
