Clean and comfy Nice stay. Clean and comfortable except the chair did not recline (broken). I will stay again.

It was a pretty average service. My main recommendation is to train the front desk employees to smile more and learn customer engagement. I did not feel any excitement or customer service pizzazz that I typically experience from Double Tree, Hamptons or the cheaper Hilton hotels.

No maid service, comfortable enough room I enjoyed the kitchenette in my room. The bed was comfortable enough but the real star of the room was the recliner chair next to the bed. I wish I could have fit that in my suitcase after my stay. There was no maid service during my stay, which I found odd since I was staying for 2 nights. Hard to locate, but quieter than surrounding motels, AC sucked cigar smoke into the room. Missing amenities like coffee maker. Bed was firm. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
