Standard chain hotel stay I've stayed at ESA hotels before and this was typical of the chain. The location had easy access to the highway and to shopping and restaurants. If you are on a long trip, having the kitchen is great, but I was only staying one night.

Can't be beat No other hotels in the area can compare for under a hundred bucks a night. Routine Maintenance needs improvement along with cleaning common areas.

I was a little worried because the hotel was hidden away in a corner, I don't know too much about Bakersfield, but I felt like my car was going to get broken into..
