Definitely would not recommend staying here. The guy at the front desk was not friendly, only said what he had to and didn’t even make eye contact. There was an odor as soon as u walked in the lobby. Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom, vents were dirty also. The plates they provided don’t even fit in the microwave for the kitchen. The tv loses signal when it rains! Just overall a terrible experience.

Door did not lock, literally could just push open. Not coffee pot or ice bucket or cups. Bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned. Everything was dusty.

Poor stay, avoid Not a good hotel. Don’t recommend staying here if you are a road traveler. Go to the next exit.

they put me in a room that was already occupied … very uncomfortable experience

PRICE GOUGING CHARGING MORE THAN DOUBLE THE RESERVED RATE!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! NO CILUSTOMER AEVICE TIL AFTER 9AM UNACCWPTABLE! CAUSED ME TO LOSE ALMOST A GRAND ON WORK PAY TODAY DUE TO HAVING TO LEAVE UNEXPECTEDLY AT 11AM TO FIND ANOTHER (AND CLEANER) HOTEL AS THEY ARBITRARILY DOUBLE ++ THEIR RESERVED PRICING ON PEOPLE ALREADY STAYING!! If i could id give a negative 0.Rooms and lobby not same as the in the advertisements. The Furniture, desks, floors cabinets are all worn, dirty, and old . Dont get me started on the water pressure in the shower. The holes in the walls, the hard as Hades mattress, the old and scratchy brown "blanket"...the bathroom and kitchenette sinks would leak from the knobs (not just the faucet!) and they would overflow if I let them run.

Uncomfortable bed! Bed was rock hard. Neither my husband or I could sleep on it.
