Horrible, chemical smelling room and no refund! We didn't stay. We checked in, went to our room and it was horrible. The smell of some sought of chemical cleaner was overwhelming. We couldn't even stay in the room. When we went back down and asked to be reinbursed (we were there less that 5 minutes) we were told we couldn't have it! My husband's throat literally began to burn. there was not way we could stay. We left an lost the money. We were lucky there were hotels nearby that we were able to stay at.

Our room floor wasn’t clean, when we made a call, receptionist said, room service comes once a week, Shower flow was so low, I hardly can take soap out of my body

O don’t stay there I didn’t not stay my revation was cancel and the receptionist told me the hotel was filled up and didn’t not to help me at all that not good business I was so disappointed in your service

Not as advertised Nobody was at the desk upon check in. Had to call the main number to get someone there. Then was told my reservation was cancelled due to no double beds and that they should have called me well they didn't. Had to take a double bed and share instead of 2 beds in the room. No breakfast as advertised or restaurant. Keys stopped working had to go back to desk. Outlet didn't work had to reset that.

After the first nights stay I found out they have bed bugs by welts all over my body

Arrived late past midnight. No one was at front desk. Waited 2 hours. Called the 800 number and they could not get a hold of anyone. Ended up getting a room at the nearby Holiday inn for the night. Found Roaches in the room. Musty odor in the room.

We stayed for almost 2 week. No one ever came to clean the room. Not even once!!!!

Room dark and deodorized with unpleasant overpowering odor that permeated everything. Only well lit area I saw was lobby. AC unit was loud and weak. Everything was basically clean.
