Run, don't walk away from this hotel! I travel regularly for business. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for over 35 years of travelling. After the third room I was in was no good, I left and went to another hotel at 11:00PM at night. The sheets were not clean (found hairs, stains, etc.), the non smoking room reeked of smoke, there were cigarette burns in the carpet, overall disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog stay in one of their rooms.

Chain smokers & bikers love this place If you happen to be stranded at BWI and need an overnight hotel (as I did), note that there is *no* hotel shuttle to the Extended Stay BWI. Getting there means a $10 taxi cab, which is probably not a big deal, but you are *out of luck* if you need a early morning taxi service *back* to catch a flight at BWI. I literally called 5 taxi companies at 6:15 and all went to voicemail; one who finally agreed to take me said it would be 45 minutes (for a 6 minute drive)! If you are a single woma... read more

not very clean Would not stay again hotel was dirty and smelled very outdated. Most outlets in room also did not work. Thank goodness we were there for less than 6 hours because of a flight cancellation

Horrible Stay Although the staff was wonderful, the location and the cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. We were in a room directly over the front desk and there were doing construction which started at 6:00 a.m. We were there because of a power outage in our neighborhood and if we had known how low class this hotel was we would not have stayed there. unfortunate Room was billed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke - very badly. No other room was available. Front desk was manned by one person at prime time check in and person was overwhelmed and it was obvious.

It is what it is This is an extended stay establishment. Therefore, the square footage is high, but the quality is low. The rooms are quite musty and dank smelling. However, the rooms are actually quite clean. Everything was in working order. Overall, a good stay in a pinch, but overpriced for the lack of quality.

Extended Stay BWI This hotel is in need of a renovation. The analog TV has outlived its usefulness. The number of TV channels is minimal. There is no one at the front desk before 7 AM. When I inquired about checking out before 7 AM I was told there is a drop box at the front desk. It's a good think I looked for it the day before I checked out as it wasn't there. When I expressed my concern I was told I could leave the keys in the room. Overall there were a lot of little annoyances that could easily be improved.

Would not go Back!!! The hotel location was fine, but the room needs works. During my stay I killed 3 larger insects. The mattress was stained. There was no top sheet at all. The shower head didnt work properly. I was not impressed.
