Extended Stay Baltimore--no managers available! The experience was surreal! The woman (laundress) at the desk tried to be helpful and was very kind. She was clearly not qualified for the job and had been put into a difficult situation. She tried but shame on the management! I felt sorry for her and frustrated with the experience. I will never choose to stay at an Extended Stay hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
Get what you pay for. This hotel is conveniently located near the airport however people regularly hang out outside of the lobby which is right outside of some rooms which can be very noisy.
