Family Overnight to Get up Early to catch Flight The hotel was in close proximity to BWI Airport, which is why I booked it to begin with. Only 1 night and don't expect to get a lot of sleep with traffic roaring by. The room was clean except bathroom(on the in need of walls scrubbed).

Stay away Upon arrival the staff couldn't find my reservation. The walls are very thin. You hear everything going on around you at all times. The bed was horrible leaving me with back pain. I will never stay there again. The room seemed trashy due to cracked and popped drywall too.

Bad service Their computer system couldn't find my reservation even tho I had multiple emails with conformation numbers and receipts showing that I had a reservation at their hotel their staff were no help so I had to pay out of pocket again even I already paid on hotels.com

Seems very transient. When I arrived front entrance had over 15 trash bags of someone's belongings strewn about. No daily room service?? Will not recomend

Dirty Linen The room we received was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. It was also hard to find a towel that didn't have any stains on it...very disgusting.

Run, don't walk away from this hotel! I travel regularly for business. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for over 35 years of travelling. After the third room I was in was no good, I left and went to another hotel at 11:00PM at night. The sheets were not clean (found hairs, stains, etc.), the non smoking room reeked of smoke, there were cigarette burns in the carpet, overall disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog stay in one of their rooms.

Chain smokers & bikers love this place If you happen to be stranded at BWI and need an overnight hotel (as I did), note that there is *no* hotel shuttle to the Extended Stay BWI. Getting there means a $10 taxi cab, which is probably not a big deal, but you are *out of luck* if you need a early morning taxi service *back* to catch a flight at BWI. I literally called 5 taxi companies at 6:15 and all went to voicemail; one who finally agreed to take me said it would be 45 minutes (for a 6 minute drive)! If you are a single woma... read more
