When I first checked in I was told my room was on the second floor, I checked the step count. One of the people I was meeting could not do the steps. The shift was changing when I came back and asked for a room on the bottom floor. I was told there were no king-size rooms on the bottom floor and that I would not be refunded the difference. After texting one of my people they said they could do the steps.
