Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean although it didn’t look like floor was vacuumed. Tub was peeling - but was clean. Bed was comfortable but needed more than 3 pillows.

When I first checked in I was told my room was on the second floor, I checked the step count. One of the people I was meeting could not do the steps. The shift was changing when I came back and asked for a room on the bottom floor. I was told there were no king-size rooms on the bottom floor and that I would not be refunded the difference.
