Smelled in clean when you entered the room from the hall

The attendant was very friendly. The hallway had a strong cat urine smell, even tho there obviously is no cats. The room was clean and large. The airconditioner was a broken dirty and mildewed mess, the fan didn’t work properly and it got warm in the room. I had to ask for plastic glasses, those were not provided in the room. We were told that in the morning there would be a light continental breakfast..NOT! Not a happy camper. They ran out of tissue for the bathroom. I paid for high speed internet and then was told hotel was not set up for it after having problems with it for days.
